All aboard!  Include the whole family to a happier and healthier lifestyle.  Each family member will complete the antioxidant & nutritional assessments, health check and goal settings.  Once I have all the info I can complete a meal plan for the entire family to share; breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner.  Your own custom meal plan for the family!

As mentioned above, price includes one adult and one other family member which can be either a child or an adult. You can also add up to 4 other Adults or 4 Children at a discounted fee. Each family member must have an email address to complete their nutritional assessments.  Please list those who are being added including their email address.  Children need to be between the ages of 8 – 18 and living at home.

The above excludes special cases that may need to be addressed such as certain medical cases, vegetarian, vegan, etc.
