All aboard!  Gather a group of like minded souls that want to change their nutrition for a happier and healthier lifestyle!  Each member will complete the antioxidant & nutritional assessments, health check and goal settings.  Once I have all the info I can complete a meal plan for the entire group to share; breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner.  Your own custom meal plan for the entire group!
As mentioned above, prices start with two adults and you can add other members. Each member of the group must provide their details and an email address to complete their nutritional assessments.  After payment is received a link will be provided to the group host for everyone to add their details to get started.
